Audio patchbay for an OB truck with dimensions 1m x 1m and a
Depth of 0.4 m with 1024 audio jacks on the front and 131 Siemens
Connectors (30pin) on the back.

Our order was:

• Logical design of Steckeranordung on the front panel to the cable plan
  

• Preparation of the front and rear plate on a CNC machining center
  

• Creating an engraved front plate after sketches
  

• Complete cabling on cable plan with 1024 lines (3-pin audio cable) to the back, which results in solder joints 6144.
  

Thanks to our your own account CNC machining center with a travel of
X = 1010mm, Y = 1010mm, Z = 150mm we could edit the mechanics quickly
long and with our years of experience in this area, deliver to the customer quickly
